OPICA improves the lives of adults challenged by memory loss and their caregivers. We provide compassionate and stimulating day programs, support family caregivers through counseling and respite, and increase community understanding of memory loss through education, resource referral, and professional training. Our programs include art, music, dancing, yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and walks in the park. We show that adults challenged by memory loss can continue living at home and grow – emotionally, socially, and spiritually.
